• Please note: we do our best to provide quality earrings. However, because polymer clay earrings are made by hand, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections, but know we wouldn’t send something that wasn’t up to our standards. We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed.

Please allow 5 business days to process and post your order. All of our products are hand made so each piece will vary slightly in colour pattern and size. We make our jewellery with quality findings. Silver, rose gold or gold plated beads or tubes can be polished and cleaned with a jewellery cloth and recommend NOT to be in contact with water.
